Knitting & Crochet Cohort for Children

from $180.00

Ages 6 - 12
Tuesdays 4:00p - 4:50p

12 Weeks: September 30 - December 16

Kids love making things with their hands, especially when what they make is something they can actually use, gift, or keep close. In this class, they learn knitting and crochet from a certified Waldorf handwork teacher who has spent years guiding children in fiber arts and a lifetime falling in love with the feel of yarn and the joy of making.

We use soft, natural wool and cotton, dyed by hand from plants, with colors that have a life to them you simply do not find on a store shelf. We take our time here… The stitches find their own rhythm, and before long little hands settle in, focus deepens, and there is that spark of pride that only comes from making something real, start to finish, stitch by stitch.

This is not about following a kit or racing to the end. It is about learning the how and the why in a way that sticks, so your child carries these skills for life. Along the way they discover the quiet magic of creating in community, surrounded by natural materials, good company, and the hum of something beautiful taking shape in their own hands.

Pricing
We offer a three-tiered pricing model. Choose the level that works best for you:
